APPEARANCE: circe is five foot eight, close to humans in height, but more slender. her skin is pale, often with an icy blue hue. her hair is commonly white, which she either puts in a ponytail or a long braid. her eyes are a vibrant blue. she exhibits a characteristic best described as golden flecks speckled through the iris. she has neon blue markings all over her body. these markings glow whenever she uses magic.
PERSONALITY: circe is impulsive, with a strong distaste for complacency or isolation. she longs to be on the road, traveling and exploring the untamed wilderness of unknown lands. this extroverted quality is part of the reason why she gets along uncommonly well with other races. most people she meets find her serene and respectful, which are traits she was taught by her father, the moon elven king.
